Hello - I really like this product and have never been disappointed with it before. My only complaint was there was no acknowledgment of the order being received that also included a tracking number, delivery date expected, etc. . When I followed up I was told it’d take 3 business days to determine where the order was and when I could expect it. This was all after payment had already went through. I was somewhat nervous about what to expect. I eventually received the shipping info and product a few days later. Gotta tighten up the process in my view.
