Refund policy
Our 100% Love It Guarantee: If for any reason you don’t like your PartyLite product, returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date if item(s) are returned in their original, unused condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not refund any candles that have been lit or melted. Any items returned after 60 days of the purchase date are not eligible for a refund or credit. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges. A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items along with our RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM found here.
To start a return, you can contact us or email the request including the completed Return Authorization Form to csna@partylite.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PartyLite c/o Garden City Customs Services, Inc. 6045 Progress Street Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7X1
